The three doubt reviewers now default to the router's "ask" picker, so the
OpenSpec doubt-review step prompts for a model per reviewer (Agent default,
Session default, last choice, or any available model) instead of using fixed
routes. Other subagents are untouched, so the picker only appears when a
workflow spawns the reviewers.

"ask" without a UI used to pass the literal model "ask" to the spawn; it now
leaves the model unset so the agent's frontmatter pin applies, matching
"Agent default".
